El proyecto LIFE GreenShoes4All propone mejoras en la metodología de Huella Ambiental de Calzado

El proyecto LIFE GreenShoes4All, que llega a su fin tras 4 años de trabajo, ha implementado una nueva metodología que busca calcular y mejorar los impactos ambientales de la fabricación del calzado y sus componentes. Los socios, que se dieron cita en INESCOP para la reunión final del proyecto, han elaborado una encuesta que permitirá conocer si las empresas están produciendo de una manera respetuosa con el medioambiente.
INESCOP asiste a FEICA Conference 2022, que ha tenido lugar en el Grand Elysée Hotel de Hamburgo, Alemania, del 14 al 16 de septiembre. El investigador de INESCOP, Carlos Ruzafa, ha hablado sobre la combinación de adhesivos hotmelt basados en CO2 y los tratamientos superficiales de plasma atmosférico aplicados sobre diferentes materiales poliméricos representativos de la industria del calzado.
Gemma Rubio doctorates with a thesis on phthalates in the footwear sector

The researcher and graduate in Chemistry, Gemma Rubio, is the most recent member of INESCOP to obtain, with the'cum laude' distinction, the doctorate degree after the defence of her thesis 'Study of the problem and resolution in the quantification of phthalates in the footwear sector'. This brings to 15 the number of doctors on our team.

The National Association of Italian Manufacturers of Footwear, Leathergoods and Tanning Technologies (ASSOMAC) and the International Union of Shoe Industry Technicians (UITIC), of which INESCOP holds the treasury, have established a synergy for the Simac Tanning Tech Fair in September and the International Footwear Technical Congress in 2023.
