For what purposes do we process your data?

INESCOP processes the data you provide for the purpose of delivering services and/or supplying contracted products, managing our relationship with you in an integrated and centralised manner, and sending information that may be of interest.

To offer products and services tailored to your interests and to enhance the user experience, we may create a commercial profile based on the information provided. However, no automated decisions will be made based solely on this profiling.

For how long will your data be stored?

Personal data will be retained for as long as the business relationship is maintained and deletion is not requested by the data subject. Once the relevant legal retention periods have expired, data will be securely and environmentally disposed of.

What is the legal basis for processing your data?

The primary legal basis is the performance of a contract to which you are a party.

For ancillary purposes, data processing is based on Article 21 of the Spanish Law on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), and on your consent. The withdrawal of such consent will not affect the performance of the contract.

To whom will your data be disclosed?

Your data will not be transferred to third parties except where required by law or when necessary for service provision, such as public authorities, financial institutions, or insurance providers.
No international data transfers are foreseen.

How do we protect your data?

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk involved in processing your data.

To this end, INESCOP has adopted a Data Protection Policy and conducts regular audits and assessments to guarantee the security of your personal information.

What rights can you exercise over your personal data?

Data subjects have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether INESCOP is processing their personal data. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection, as well as request the restriction of processing or the portability of your data, in the circumstances and under the conditions set out in the applicable data protection regulations.

INESCOP will cease processing your data unless there are overriding legitimate grounds or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

If you consider that your rights under data protection legislation have been infringed, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency: www.aepd.es.
