Principle of information

In compliance with the provisions of article 5 of the Organic Law 15/1999, of 13th December, on Personal Data Protection, we inform you expressly, precisely and unambiguously that the data provided by you via the forms provided to this end on our website or any other data collection channel, as well as those generated during your relationship with our entity, will be subject to be processed in the files owned by INESCOP, which will be duly notified to the General Register of the Spanish Data Protection Agency, with the purpose of maintaining and fulfilling the relationship between the recipient of the service and our entity, as well as the resulting provision of services. Likewise, according to the provisions of the aforementioned law and the Law 34/2002, of 11th July, on Information Society and Electronic Commerce Services, we inform you that your data may be used for the purpose of sending commercial and courtesy communications to you related to our entity via phone, ordinary post, fax, email or any equivalent electronic means of communication. Moreover, we inform you that your data will be transferred when necessary for the development, compliance and control of the relationship between the recipient of the service and our entity or when authorised by a regulation having the force of Law, and particularly in the following events a) The processing or transfer is intended to meet a legitimate interest of the controller or the transferee covered by said regulation; B) The processing or transfer of the data is necessary for the controller to fulfil a duty imposed by said regulation.

The consent for the data processing with the purposes referred to in the previous paragraph will be deemed to be given by ticking the appropriate box to such end on our website.


Principle of data security

INESCOP agrees to comply with its obligation of secrecy as regards the personal data and its duty to safeguard them, and so will it take any measures of a technical and organisational nature to ensure the personal data security and to prevent their unauthorised alteration, loss, processing or access, taking into account the state of technology, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which they are exposed, either resulting from the human action or the physical and natural environment, developed in Title VIII of the Spanish Royal Decree 1720/2007, of 21st December, passing the Regulation for the development of the Spanish Organic Law 15/1999, of 13th December, on Personal Data Protection.


Exercise of rights

In accordance with the Data Protection Law and the Royal Decree 1720/2007, passing the Regulation for the development of said law, the recipient of the service may exercise, at any time, his/her right of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition against the file controller, enclosing a copy of his/her ID card.
