WORKING PROCESS

 IMPORT AND PREPARATION OF THE DIGITAL LAST. FLATTENING

• Import of a wide range of formats (HOR, LST, STL, IGS, SEC, OBJ, etc.)

• Flattening of any last shape, including boots and ankle boots, in a totally accurate and reliable way

DRAWING OF LINES

• Drawing upon the digital last with Icad3D + is as simple as drawing upon a real last or on the model pattern

• You can use model sketches or images as a reference to draw the lines

2D/3D PATTERN MAKING

• Creation of patterns by a simple click or by selecting the lines

• Possibility to add allowances (lasting, folded edges, underlays, etc.) and ornaments (stitch marking, perforations, seams, etc.) in a simple and fast way

• With Icad3D+ the pieces can be easily rotated while keeping the base lines

SIZE GRADING

• Grading can be done by standard grading systems or in a customised way according to the model requirements

• Once the modifications have been done, grading of every base line can be controlled to block or grade the lines individually for pieces such as straps, heels, zippers or boots

CONSUMPTION AND CUTTING

• This software allows you to calculate real-time consumption of material to optimise it and reduce waste

• It is compatible with any cutting machine on the market

• Patterns can be exported in these formats: HPGL, PLT, DXF, SHC, CPZ y SPC.

TECHNICAL SHEETS AND COSTING

• Possibility to create customised technical sheets, adapted to design and production requirements
