ICad3DP is the software for 3D sole design with multiple tools for intuitive and simple creation of the different sole elements from a digitised last and through reverse engineering. A complex outsole can be designed to be printed in 3D.

It also includes specific tools to design heels, platforms, top pieces, top piece moulds, as well as machining paths.

Communication and data exchange with ICad3D+ software is enabled.

 

3D TEXTURING

 

TEXTURIZADO 3D

  • With flattening tools it is possible to transform 3D surfaces, polysurfaces and meshes into 2D elements to design upon them
  • Creation of any type of texture from images, 3D objects upon the 2D flattened element to be applied to the original surface later on
  • Textures can be generated from proprietary procedural images, import of bitmaps, curves or surfaces

 

 

PARAMETRIC DESIGN

  • Creation of parametric curves helps designing 3D outsoles

  • With parametric tools it is possible to define surfaces easily and intuitively to create the body and the bottom part

  • Other tools such as pattern filling, distribution of objects, automatic acquisition of the insole curve, etc. also contribute to create the outsole

 

DEFORMERS AND GRADING

 

ESCALADO

  • Deformers can be applied to any type of outsole to delimit the area to be modified, using curves or origin and target surfaces, or cage deformers that adapt to the sole with the desired resolution
  • Define or choose your own grading systems for length, width and height

  • Define constant areas, dual area grading and dependencies between objects

  • It is also possible to define specific grading based on curves for heels

 

HEEL, TOP PIECES, PLATFORMS, WEDGES AND MACHINING TOOLS
